1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our offerings, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Practical Knowledge School provides live instructional sessions, interactive tutorials, and group workshops.

3. Information Products

We offer digital resources including e-books, recorded tutorials, and downloadable course materials.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals and branded merchandise are available for purchase.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in CAD. Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards and other electronic payment options. Payment is due at the time of purchase or enrollment.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund protocol varies by offering:

• Services: Full refunds are available if a cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation and instructor preparation. However, credit toward future sessions may be offered at our discretion.
• Information Products: Purchases of digital resources may be refunded within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that less than 30% of the content has been accessed. After this period, no refunds are available due to the non-reversible nature of digital distribution.
• Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.

7. Rescheduling

Service sessions may be rescheduled if a request is submitted at least 24 hours before the original date. To request a change, please use our contact form to submit your preferred dates. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

8. No Refund Situations

Custom-tailored services, group workshops confirmed with a minimum number of participants, and special event registrations are not eligible for refunds once the service or event has been confirmed. This policy exists due to the time and resources allocated in preparation for these offerings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and interactionmarks provided by Practical Knowledge School are the exclusive property of Practical Knowledge School or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
